What It Is

Real money. Real work. Real leadership.

Fellows gain hands-on leadership experience, support real engagement efforts, and serve their communities in a meaningful way.

You'll work with local businesses, organizers, and neighbors on the ground in your county. Have fun, make friends, and earn a few dollars along the way.

What You'll Do

Eight weeks. One county. Your community.

01

Train

Two-week orientation on Alabama issues, voter registration mechanics, and respectful field organizing.

02

Anchor

You're placed with a local hub — a church, organization, or community partner in an anchor county.

03

Reach

Phone banks, door-knocks, postcards, listening sessions, and porch visits with neighbors.

04

Lead

Run your own listening event, build your own contact list, mentor the next class of fellows.

You don't need experience. You need to care.
